Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work at Royal Bus Travels.
At Royal Bus Travels, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to make the cancellation and refund process simple and transparent.
1 Cancellation Before Departure
Passengers can cancel their confirmed booking anytime before the scheduled departure time, subject to the applicable terms of the booking.
Where the booking is eligible for free cancellation, no cancellation charge will be deducted from the ticket fare.
2 Refund Amount by Time Before Departure
The refund amount you receive depends on how far in advance you cancel:

The exact refund amount for your booking is always shown to you before you confirm a cancellation.
3 How to Cancel Your Ticket
- Log in to your Royal Bus Travels account.
- Go to My Bookings.
- Select the booking you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Booking.
- Review the refund amount displayed before confirming the cancellation.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Once cancellation is successfully completed, a cancellation confirmation will be generated.
4 Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be initiated after successful cancellation.
- Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.
- The time taken for the refund to appear in the customer's bank account or payment method may depend on the payment gateway and the customer's bank.
- Royal Bus Travels is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or other financial institutions.
5 Cancellation After Departure
Cancellation requests made after the scheduled departure time are generally not eligible for a refund.
Failure to board the bus before departure may be treated as a no-show.
6 Bus Cancellation by Royal Bus Travels / Operator
If a bus service is cancelled by Royal Bus Travels or the respective bus operator, passengers will be informed wherever reasonably possible.
For an operator-initiated cancellation, the passenger may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the affected booking, subject to the circumstances of the cancellation.
7 Failed or Unsuccessful Bookings
If payment is deducted but the booking is not successfully confirmed, the customer should contact Royal Bus Travels support.
After verification of the transaction, the eligible amount will be refunded or otherwise resolved through the applicable payment process.
8 Important Note
The cancellation and refund amount shown to the passenger at the time of cancellation will be considered the applicable amount for that booking.
Different services or operators may have specific cancellation conditions. Passengers should review the cancellation information displayed during booking before completing their purchase.
