Privacy Policy

1 Information We Collect

We collect the following information as part of providing our booking services:

1. Account information — your full name, email address, phone number, and a securely hashed password when you register.
2. Booking & passenger details — passenger names, ages, gender, selected seats, travel dates, and routes for each booking you make.
3. Payment information — your payments are processed directly by our authorized payment gateway partner. We receive confirmation of payment success and a transaction reference, but we do not collect, see, or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or net-banking credentials at any point.
4. Technical information — a login session cookie is used to keep you signed in; we do not use this to track you across other websites.

2 How We Use Your Information

1. To create and manage your account, and to process, confirm, and manage your bus ticket bookings.
2. To generate your ticket, PNR, and booking confirmation.
3. To process cancellations and refunds through our payment gateway.
4. To communicate with you about your bookings, including confirmations, schedule changes, and support requests.
5. To maintain the security of your account and prevent fraudulent bookings.

3 How We Share Your Information

1. We share the minimum necessary booking and passenger details with the relevant bus operator so your journey can be provided.
2. We share payment details directly with our authorized payment gateway partner to process your transaction and any refund.
3. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

4 Data Storage & Security

1. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is stored as a salted cryptographic hash that cannot be reversed.
2. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
3. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5 Data Retention

We retain your account and booking information for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

6 Your Choices

1. You can view your booking history and passenger details at any time through My Bookings.
2. You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and operational obligations (for example, records of a completed journey may need to be retained for accounting purposes).

7 Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in securely. This cookie is required for the booking service to function and is not used for advertising or third-party tracking.

8 Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for use by adults booking travel. We do not knowingly collect account information from children. Passenger details for minors may be entered by an adult when booking on their behalf.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated policy will take effect when published on this website.
