1 Booking & Ticket Confirmation

1. Passengers must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking.
2. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and generation of a valid PNR/ticket.
3. Passengers are responsible for checking their journey details, including boarding point, destination, travel date, departure time, passenger details, and selected seat.
4. Royal Bus Travels is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.

2 Passenger & Boarding Requirements

1. Passengers should carry a valid government-issued photo ID during the journey.
2. Passengers should report at the designated boarding point sufficiently before the scheduled departure time.
3. The bus will not be required to wait for passengers who arrive after the scheduled departure time.
4. Failure to board the bus on time may be treated as a no-show, subject to the applicable cancellation/refund rules.

3 Seat Selection

1. Passengers may select seats from the available seat map during booking.
2. Seat availability is subject to change until the booking is successfully confirmed.
3. Royal Bus Travels or the bus operator may change the seat or vehicle when operationally necessary. Wherever possible, a suitable alternative will be provided.

4 Fares & Payments

1. All fares displayed on the website are subject to availability and may change before booking confirmation.
2. The passenger must pay the total amount displayed at checkout to complete the booking.
3. Payments are processed through our authorized payment gateway.
4. Royal Bus Travels does not store passengers' complete card or banking credentials.

5 Bus Schedule & Service Changes

1. Departure and arrival times are provided based on information available from the respective bus operator.
2. Traffic, weather, road conditions, government restrictions, mechanical issues, or other circumstances may cause delays.
3. In exceptional circumstances, Royal Bus Travels or the bus operator may modify, reschedule, or cancel a service.
4. Passengers will be informed of significant service changes wherever reasonably possible.

6 Cancellation & Refunds

1. Passengers may cancel their booking through the My Bookings section before the scheduled departure time, subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
2. The exact refundable amount, if any, will be displayed or calculated at the time of cancellation.
3. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method, subject to payment-gateway and banking processing times.
4. Once the scheduled departure time has passed, cancellation/refund may not be available.

7 No-Show Policy

If a passenger does not reach the boarding point before departure and fails to board the bus, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may not be eligible for a refund.

8 Luggage

1. Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and luggage.
2. Valuable items such as cash, jewellery, electronics, important documents, and other valuables should be kept safely with the passenger.
3. Luggage allowance and restrictions may vary depending on the bus operator.

9 Prohibited Items & Passenger Conduct

Passengers must not carry illegal, dangerous, explosive, inflammable, or otherwise prohibited items.

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver, staff, and other passengers. The operator may refuse travel to a passenger whose behaviour creates a safety or security concern.

10 Website & Service Availability

Royal Bus Travels makes reasonable efforts to keep its website and booking services available and accurate. However, temporary interruptions, technical errors, maintenance, or third-party service failures may occur.

11 Third-Party Operators

Some transportation services listed on Royal Bus Travels may be operated by independent bus operators. The applicable operator's operational rules, boarding requirements, luggage restrictions, and service conditions may also apply.

12 Privacy

Passenger information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information necessary to process bookings and provide customer support.

13 Changes to These Terms

Royal Bus Travels may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when published on the website.
